Copy and paste is an easy to use tool that allows you to move text around in various programs such as Word, word pad, notebook, WordPerfect, and other word processing, email and desktop publishing programs. Each big name software provider, such as Corel and Microsoft, have the same process for copying and pasting text from one document to another, or within the same document. There are three ways to do so. All of these ways require you to highlight the text you wish to move using either the mouse (holding the right mouse button down) or the keyboard (holding shift down and scrolling using the arrow keys.) The first way is to use the handy little buttons at the top of the screen. Some use two sheets of paper with lines on them for copy and a clip board with one sheet of paper with lines for paste.
